Roles & Responsibilities
As a Web3 Senior Business Growth Expert at GTM Labs, you’ll lead the agency’s business development and long-term growth strategy for the Web3 space:
- Strategic Business Development
- Lead and execute growth initiatives focused on B2B client acquisition and long-term revenue pipelines.
- Build and close partnerships with DeFi, NFT, Gaming, Infra, Tooling, and L1/L2 projects.
- Represent GTM Labs at global Web3 events, Twitter Spaces, pitch calls, and through your industry network.
- Ecosystem & Partnership Leadership
- Leverage your relationships with founders, ecosystems, VCs, KOLs, and community leaders to open new doors and unlock joint-growth opportunities.
- Identify and secure retainers, launch/marketing support, incubation contracts, and joint ventures.
- Co-create opportunities with the leadership for client success and retention.
- Internal Alignment & Enablement
- Work closely with marketing, KOL, content, and ops teams to deliver high-impact services.
- Create scalable frameworks for lead generation, conversion, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Systematise onboarding and feedback loops to drive continual improvement and client outcomes.
Ideal Candidate
You are:
- An experienced business developer, partnership lead, or strategist with 4-8+ years in Web3, crypto, or blockchain client ecosystem roles.
- Deeply networked with credible founders, builders, investors, and decision-makers in the Web3 landscape.
- Consultative, solutions-driven, and value-led in relationship management and proposing growth partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial - proactive, self-motivated, and hungry to help build a category-defining boutique agency from the inside out.

Compensation
- Profit/Revenue Sharing Model (First 3 Months):
- There is no fixed pay for the first 3 months.
- You only receive compensation based on clients, revenue, or business that you directly bring to GTM Labs - for example, client deals and partnerships that are the result of your direct BD, relationships, or execution.
- Earnings are strictly tied to measurable and attributable closed business/outcomes - your share is transparently calculated from net new revenue/profit resulting from your involvement.
- If no new clients or revenue come in through your contribution for a period, there is no payout for that period.
- After three months, compensation may become a monthly retainer, equity, or hybrid, based on mutual results, business fit, and your continued leadership in driving company growth.
