Roles & Responsibilities
As a Partnership Manager at GTM Labs, you'll be at the center of our growth strategy, responsible for forging and managing key external collaborations:
- Strategic Partner Acquisition
- Identify, approach, and close strategic partnerships with relevant platforms, communities, brands, creators, influencers, and service providers.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial deals - covering barters, co-marketing campaigns, revenue/visibility alignments, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Initiate ecosystem alignments that drive both direct revenue and brand visibility.
- Relationship & Collaboration Management
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring value for both parties and managing all aspects of collaboration from start to successful execution.
- Actively explore and manage partnership opportunities in areas such as distribution, affiliate programs, media features, event co-hosting, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) outreach.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure every partnership directly supports business objectives.
Ideal Candidate
You are:
- A highly proactive networker and business communicator - experienced in building and nurturing relationships for both product and service ecosystems.
- Experienced: 2+ years in partnerships, influencer marketing, community-led growth, or business development.
- Agile, organized, and excited to play a hands-on role in the growth of early-stage, entrepreneurial businesses.
- Bonus: Exposure to Web3, events, SaaS, media, or growth-focused marketing partnerships.

Compensation
- Profit/Revenue Sharing Model (Initial 3 Months):
- There is no fixed pay for the first 3 months.
- You only receive compensation based on leads, deals, or revenue that your partnerships and collaborations directly generate for GTM Labs - for example, new business, client revenue, or partnership deals that are the direct result of your efforts.
- Payment is strictly linked to quantifiable, closed business and attributable outcomes. Your share is transparently calculated from revenue or profit resulting directly from the partnerships you bring in or execute.
- No new business/revenue generated through your partnerships for a period means no payout for that period.
- After three months, opportunities for equity, retainer, or hybrid incentives may be discussed based on traction, fit, and real value delivered.
