Each job post includes:
- Role Title, Responsibilities & Expectations

2️⃣ Resume Shortlisting
- Shortlisting based on relevant work experience, skills, and alignment with emerging tech domains (Web3/AI).
- Prioritization of candidates with proven startup or freelance/contract experience and demonstrated ownership.
3️⃣ Round 1 – HR Phone Interview (20 mins)
- Conducted by the HR team
- Objective:
- Introduce GTM Labs, team culture, and the specific role
- Understand the candidate's motivation, background, and interests
- Check availability and general communication clarity
