Role Overview
As a hybrid Executive & Business Development Assistant at GTM Labs, you’ll be the strategic right hand to the founder, owning both high-level operations and hands-on business growth. You’ll combine sharp organisational skills with proactive deal-making, working at the intersection of execution, internal ops, and external partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Operational Support
- Coordinate the founder’s calendar, organize meetings, manage follow-ups, and track high-priority action items
- Keep all ongoing projects, deliverables, and next steps clear and on schedule
- Support internal hiring processes, onboarding, freelancer coordination, and contributor communication
- Prepare reports, do research, and organize materials for strategic documentation, pitch decks, and proposals
- Help with investor, partner, and team communications; track KPIs and keep dashboards updated
- Maintain and systematize internal SOPs, documentation, and regular updates for the team
- Act as a bridge between the founder and various functions: BD, marketing, product, and creative teams
- Occasionally support founder-led social outreach or campaign tasks
- Business Development & Growth
- Identify, pitch, and convert potential clients, partners, and strategic collaborators
- Represent GTM Labs on external calls, partnership forums, and Web3 ecosystem meetups
- Develop, organize, and manage a live pipeline for all inbound and outbound business opportunities
- Assist in building partnerships and client proposals, pricing, sales initiatives, and follow-ups to closure
- Support execution of high-value deals - product launches, marketing collaborations, event co-hosting, and more
- Track BD performance metrics, ensure CRM/pipeline visibility, and drive end-to-end follow-through on target deals
- Drive community-led growth and co-marketing partnerships in collaboration with KOLs, DAOs, and ecosystem entities
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1-4 years’ experience in executive support, operations, BD, or partnerships (agency, startup, or Web3 background is a plus)
- They are extremely organised, proactive, and enjoy taking initiative on both admin/ops and strategic tasks
- Are comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and project management tools (Trello/ClickUp); bonus if you know basic CRM or BD tracking
- Have excellent communication, follow-up, relationship-building, and multitasking skills
- Thrive in remote, dynamic environments, and want to grow into strategy/ops/business leadership

Compensation
- Commission/Profit-Sharing Model (First 3 Months):
- There is no fixed salary in the first 3 months
- You will only be paid commission/profit share from the business, revenue, or deals you directly or indirectly help GTM Labs generate - for example, via successful deal closure, BD support, proposal contribution, or lead management
- Standard: 10% of the profit from each qualified deal you close or actively support (typical payout: ₹10,000–15,000+ per deal, dependent on deal size and your role)
- No business brought in = no payout for that period; commissions are strictly tied to revenue and clear, measurable outcomes
- After 3 months, the role may evolve into a fixed + variable pay, equity, or expanded opportunity (based on impact and alignment with the core team)
