Roles & Responsibilities
As Co-Founder at GTM Labs, you will be accountable for the agency’s holistic success across all business fronts:
- Strategy & Execution
- Architect and drive the entire GTM Labs growth strategy-including marketing, business development (BD), operations, and product/service delivery.
- Set vision, own brand positioning, and oversee multi-channel marketing and BD execution.
- Align marketing, sales, product, and operational workflows into a cohesive, scalable GTM plan.
- Operations & Team Leadership
- Build, scale, and mentor a lean team spanning creative, marketing, sales, and operational roles.
- Shape company culture, establish processes, and ensure high team performance.
- Systematize operations to support scalable client delivery and world-class service.
- Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify, prospect, and close high-value client and partnership opportunities.
- Represent GTM Labs at industry events, in strategic calls, and with collaborators.
- Unlock new verticals, markets, and revenue streams.
- Brand & Product Growth
- Guide agency service and product development based on market trends and client feedback.
- Lead impactful creative, digital, and growth campaigns that drive measurable business results.
- Use analytics and experimentation to optimize all key business and marketing processes.
Ideal Candidate
You are:
- An entrepreneurial builder with 5-10 years of diverse experience spanning startups, agency, marketing, operations, and business development.
- A hands-on leader who combines creative hustle with operational rigor and measurable BD results.
- Excited to co-own, co-strategise, and execute-building long-term value, not just short-term wins.
- Passionate about scaling brands and companies from the ground up, with a strong founder’s mindset.
