- Build, mentor, and lead the engineering team, ensuring best practices and high-performance culture
- Direct product development in blockchain/web3 environments: smart contracts, dApps, APIs
- Ensure secure code practices, compliance, robust uptime, and reliable infrastructure
- Collaborate with founders, BD, and client teams to unlock technical revenue opportunities (consulting, solution architecture, integration, launches)
- Stay updated with the latest advances across Web3, cloud, AI, and emerging tech; evaluate technologies for adoption and differentiation
- Represent GTM Labs in technical calls, partner pitches, industry events, and online as a thought leader
You’re a Great Fit If You:

- Are an expert in system architecture, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, security, and rapid product iteration
- Have deep hands-on development skills (blockchain, dApps, smart contracts, APIs, backend and cloud)
- Are a strategic thinker and hands-on builder, combining visionary leadership with technical humility
- Communicate complex topics simply and inspire trust with non-technical founders and teams
- Bonus: Have experience with Web3 security, compliance, tokenomics, or decentralised infra
