Roles & Responsibilities
As COO at GTM Labs, you will lead internal delivery, orchestrate operational excellence, and help scale the company across all fronts:
- Systems & Process Leadership
- Build, streamline, and optimize systems for product development, client delivery, hiring, and scalable growth.
- Oversee company operations, HR, internal compliance, and reporting.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership
- Lead and align remote, cross-functional teams - ensuring clarity, accountability, and delivery of key KPIs.
- Manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize to ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
- Strategic Coordination
- Collaborate with founders and the C-level team to translate vision and strategy into actionable, measurable execution plans.
- Maintain operational rigor while supporting innovation and idea-to-impact transformation.

- A strategic operator with 5+ years of experience in startup operations or scaling early-stage companies.

Compensation
- Profit/Revenue Sharing Model (Initial 3 Months):
- There is no fixed pay for the first 3 months.
- You only receive compensation based on revenue, clients, or business that your operational strategies and leadership directly generate for GTM Labs - for example, new client revenue, operational wins that unlock business, or measurable growth traced to your impact.
- Payment is strictly linked to quantifiable, closed business and operational outcomes: your share is calculated transparently from the new revenue/profit generated by your involvement.
- No direct business/revenue growth attributed to your execution for a period means no payout for that period.
- After three months, opportunities for a structured retainer, equity, or hybrid approach may be discussed, depending on the value, traction, and alignment delivered as a core operations partner.
