Roles & Responsibilities
As CMO at GTM Labs, you will shape and lead all aspects of our agency’s marketing and growth. Your responsibilities include:
- Strategy & Leadership
- Architect and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive GTM Labs’ business growth and brand positioning.
- Build and manage high-performing teams for content creation, digital marketing, social media, performance marketing, and brand development.
- Own our agency’s messaging, narrative, and differentiation across all channels.
- Acquisition, Growth & Performance
- Drive measurable client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for the agency through both organic and paid channels.
- Oversee and optimize marketing funnels, campaign effectiveness, and KPIs.
- Use analytics and experimentation to continuously evolve strategy and execution.
- Collaboration & Partnerships
- Work closely with GTM Labs founders and core team to identify, initiate, and close partnerships or strategic alliances.
- Collaborate with business development and creative leaders on pitches, proposals, and client-facing initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
You are:
- A full-stack marketer with 4-8+ years of experience in high-growth or agency marketing leadership roles.
- Equally creative and analytical, comfortable across branding, digital channels, performance marketing, and storytelling.
- Hands-on and strategic, thriving in dynamic startup settings where you can directly impact results.
- Excited by building agency brands and scaling client pipelines from early-stage to high-growth.

Compensation
- Profit/Revenue Sharing Model (Initial 3 Months):
- There is no fixed pay for the first 3 months.
- You will only receive compensation based on revenue, clients, or business that your leadership and strategies directly generate for GTM Labs, such as new clients closed, agency deals won, or measurable revenue growth credited to your efforts.
- Payment is strictly performance-based: you receive a share of revenue strictly tied to your direct, attributable impact.
- No agency business or revenue growth generated through your efforts for a given period means no payment for that period.
- Following the initial three months, a structured retainer or equity-based model may be discussed contingent on mutual fit and business success.
