Roles & Responsibilities
As CBDO at GTM Labs, you will be crucial in driving major strategic deals, forming partnerships, and leading revenue expansion. Your responsibilities include:
- Strategic Growth & Deal-Making
- Own the business development roadmap and lead generation strategy for the agency.
- Identify, build, and manage high-value client relationships to secure enterprise, agency, and partnership deals.
- Pursue and close key contracts, collaborating closely with the founding team.
- Market & Opportunity Expansion
- Explore and open up new markets and geographies for GTM Labs growth.
- Continuously identify promising B2B opportunities in technology, services, and creative solutions verticals.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with market trends and client needs.
Ideal Candidate
You are:
- A strategic communicator, persuasive and analytical, with 5+ years of experience in startup sales, business consulting, or SaaS/agency B2B growth.
- Entrepreneurial at heart-skilled at high-stakes negotiations and building enduring business relationships.
- Experienced in multi-vertical selling and unlocking large deals and partnerships.
- Comfortable as a senior contributor in a core team environment, with direct ownership of outcomes.

Compensation
- Profit/Revenue Sharing Model (Initial 3 Months):
- There is no fixed pay for the first 3 months.
- You will only receive compensation based on business, clients, or revenue that your direct business development and sales efforts generate for GTM Labs - for example, new deals closed, partnerships brokered, or client revenue brought in through your involvement.
- Payment is strictly linked to measurable, closed business: your share is calculated on agreed, transparent terms, strictly tracing back to your impact and deals.
- No business generated through your efforts for a given period means no payout for that period.
- After the initial three months, a structured retainer or equity-based compensation may be considered, depending on mutual fit and tangible results delivered.
