Roles & Responsibilities
As a Business Development & Sales member at GTM Labs, you will be instrumental in driving our revenue growth and client acquisition. Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify, engage, and convert prospects into paying clients for GTM Labs’ suite of marketing, creative, and growth services.
- Strategize and execute outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other direct channels.
- Develop and nurture partnerships, collaborations, and channel relationships to unlock new opportunities.
- Qualify leads, pitch services, and manage the full sales journey from first touch to signed deal.
- Collaboration & Strategic Alignment
- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure unified messaging and coordinated proposals.
- Share insights and collaborate on go-to-market strategies to optimize offerings for different client segments.
- Pipeline & Performance Management
- Build, track, and manage your own sales pipeline with consistency and regular reporting.
- Maintain detailed activity records and measure personal performance against agreed targets.

- Understands B2B sales, startup/SMB dynamics, and can confidently navigate client conversations.
- Is highly self-motivated, action-oriented, and thrives in a performance-driven, entrepreneurial startup setting.
- Bonus: Has experience in SaaS, event tech, agency BD, or early-stage sales cycles.

Compensation
- Performance-Based Revenue Sharing:
- There is no fixed pay for the first 3 months.
- You will only receive compensation from business or revenue that comes to GTM Labs as a direct result of your sales efforts and involvement - for example, clients you close, deals you initiate, or partnerships you help bring in.
- Payment is strictly tied to measurable, closed business: if your activities lead to contracts signed and revenue generated, you’ll earn your share based on the agreed revenue split.
- No business brought in through your involvement means no payment for that period.
- All core team members, including you, operate under this transparent revenue-sharing model - your earnings directly reflect your contribution and impact.
